About

We build more than property. We build value that lasts.

Madaen Group is a real estate developer working in Sheikh Zayed, New Zayed, Sixth of October and New Cairo, through residential, commercial and mixed use projects.

Since we started, our approach has rested on one conviction: that every address should hold value beyond the moment it is handed over.

That conviction shows in everything we do, from choosing the land, to designing the project, to the detail of how it is built.

Our vision
To be the developer whose projects shape how people live, work and gather in contemporary Egypt.
Our mission
To deliver architecture of lasting quality by combining considered design with disciplined construction, so that every project we hand over goes beyond the promise it began with.

The Madaen team

One team, addresses built with confidence.

We keep building with the same experience and commitment, from one project to the next, from one address to the next.
